Buyers Prepare!

1 Allow me to assist you in your purchase of your Lake Oswego or Portland home as your exclusive Buyer’s Agent.

2 Meet with your lender to establish the value of the home you can afford to purchase & obtain a pre-approval letter.

3 Explore Portland and surrounding communities such as Lake Oswego, Beaverton, Tigard, Hillsboro, and decide the best areas for your home search, and your requirements for your home.

4 I’ll pre-view homes to save you time, arrange showing appointments and take you on tours of your favorite homes. I’ll also research more info on your favorite homes.

Crafting Your Offer

5 You’ve found your Portland home! I’ll research recent real estate sales of similar homes to help you make the best offer, and I will personally present your offer to purchase via the home sale agreement and your earnest money to the seller.

6 Negotiations begin—offer, counter offers, then cross your fingers for acceptance!

7 Acceptance! Your time lines start to run.
