Continuing Education:

Francis  has taken many additional classes to expand her skills and knowledge in real estate matters including classes on short sales, green real estate practices, paperless transactions, updates in Oregon real estate law & regulations.  She is has the designation “Graduate Realtor Institute”, a 3 year program, and in 2010 she was certified as an Oregon principal broker following classes and exam. She is a non supervising principal broker with Meadows Group.

Of course living on the edge of Oregon wine country,  I confess to loving Sunday visits to the many Oregon wineries nearby.  ‘ First Thursdays’ in Portland’s Pearl District are a fun outings for gallery hopping & people watching.   Travel is number one on my list,  but that is mostly limited to off-season so that I can be available for my  real estate clients.”
